If you look at the series of posts titled, “That Night Feeling,” then you know I like when things get weird and slightly ominous.
And it’s not necessarily that I like the idea of women in peril, but there’s an overlap between horror and sexuality – monsters are often subversive characters that can transcend boundaries.
And there’s that tension of desire and being desired – beauty attracts monsters.
So sometimes I have a prompt like this:

And there’s a dark and melancholy aspect to it, but I have to take it deeper.

And while black and white is quite evocative [particularly in that series which was inspried by Arthur Machen’s novel, “The Great God Pan”], I wondered how it might look with a more modern sensibility.
